WebDinoz will provide estimated timelines for project completion. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed of any delays, and new timelines will be agreed upon.
5. Revisions and Approvals
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. All design work requires client approval before final delivery. Once approved, any further changes will be considered a new request.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final design and content created by WebDinoz. However, WebDinoz retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other materials, in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may affect the project timeline.
8. Confidentiality
WebDinoz agrees to keep all client information confidential. We will not disclose any project details or proprietary information without the client’s consent.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to that point. WebDinoz will provide all completed work to the client.
10. Liability
WebDinoz will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits, data loss, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi Jurisdiction.
